SELIM CHOWDHURY the former Managing Director of G4S Bangladesh has a vast experience in security industry who aims to deliver market leading, diversified customized and integrated security solutions.

SELIM has worked in numerous industries across the country prior to his contribution in the security services which includes Tea Garden, UNDP, WFP. Whether start-ups, midsize or global multi-billion-dollar organizations, he has a proven track record of leading business development, transformation and integration in challenging environments.

MOHAMMAD ASADUZZAMAN - SVP & HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Asad always look for a motivated workforce and continuous development of the functional level teams, which certainly ensure a sustainable growth of business with the presence of professional team.

ASAD is highly experienced in security and safety operations having 20 years of experience in the same industry. Before joining at First Solutions Limited, he has served for G4S Bangladesh where he leads the Dhaka Regional Operations as Senior Vice President.

He is very keen and having possess analytical ability to manage ground operations of human capital. His career has been focused on leading security operations of highly- respected organizations aiming efficient services, ensuring well knitted security and renewed success.

REZAUL KARIM - VP & HEAD OF FINANCE

REZAUL is a MBA (Finance) with a passion for leadership and people in ensuring a successful leading business. Rezaul has extensive finance experience in the Security, Ready Made Garments Industry, Real Estate Sector over the last 20 years.

REZAUL joins us from G4S Bangladesh after eighteen years as their Assistant Vice President - Finance. He has a versatile knowledge on business forecasting, adopting different industry best practices in terms of Accounting norms and regulations. In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping and hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management has made his career strong enough to lead.

RASEL is passionate for people which has driven him to spend the past 18 years specializing in all aspects of Human Resources.

He has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing and industrial & employment law. His career has been focused on driving equal workplace culture through positive, proactive engagement with employees at all levels of the business.

Prior to joining in First Solutions Limited RASEL has served for eighteen consecutive years at G4S Bangladesh as Vice President & Head of HR and Admin.

ABDUS SALAM FARAZI - VP & HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

SALAM having more than 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. He is skilled enough in terms of overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

He graduated from Dhaka University engaged with different procurement role and before joining First Solutions Limited he has served 20 years with G4S Bangladesh as Sr. Manager - Supply Chain Management.
